Subject: Follow up to Mar 14, 2006 Meeting

Ms. Norris:

Just to be sure there is no confusion about what information I am still requesting from you and the board after our Mar 14, 2006 meeting, I have provided this itemized list. I agree to pay reasonable fees for copying the material.

Since a little of the information is already available and just needs to be copied, I trust it can be picked up immediately. Concern about the 2004 audit is pressing and your prompt response to that information would be appreciated. Other items may need more time. Kindly inform me by email when I can pick up the initial material and provide an itemization of any fees.

The list below is not intended to be complete. Certain evidence may call for additional data at a later date after it is thoroughly reviewed. I request that all copies be as clear and legible as possible since it appears likely that everything will have to be turned over to civil/criminal investigators. If any item on the list is denied, please provide a written explanation.

Copy of the 2004 audit by VANWASSEHNOVE & Assoc.

Copies of the year end financial reports for 2003 and 2004.

Copies of all 2003 and 2004 bank statements from Bank of America for the General Commons Account.

Copies of any check that was written or cleared on this account between May 2003 and September 2003 inclusive.

Copies of checks 9481, 9482, 9483, 9488 and 9495.

Copies of the audit of petty cash transactions from 2003 on or a written statement that there was no audits done.

Copies of the minutes of any meeting that contain any type of disclosure about this embezzlement.

Copies of any written newsletter or other communication to the residents explaining any details of this embezzlement.
