Ms. Norris:

Kindly consider this an urgent request for all information related to the past embezzlement of funds from the Point Aquarius POA. According to Al Morin, any resident in good standing has a right to view this information. The Montgomery County Sheriffs Office has stated that there is no concern for confidentiality of any of this information. The case has already been tried.

Please advise me when I can view these documents. It is acceptable to do so in the POA office. Advance notice of several days would be appreciated so I can arrange to have my attorney with me. His name is J. C. Shy of Houston. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
